Step 1: Cell lysis
After centrifugation and removal of the supernatant, add the lysis buffer to the sample.

The preparation protocol is carried out in 3 steps:
Step 2: the reaction mixture
Collect the lysate and add it to the PCR reagent in a microtube.
Transfer the mixture to the microplate well or PCR microtube.
Step 3: PCR test
Seal the microplate or microtube and start the analysis.
